Following on from the success of our first steam event in 2022, Steam at Work returns and promises to be bigger and better than before as this popular event grows.
We expect to be joined over the weekend by a specialist selection of full size working traction engines, road engines, steam rollers and stationary engines. Not all sat in rows as polished playthings, but doing a job of work and, or, moving around the Museum as their designers intended.
This event includes a real ale bar and live music on the village green to round off the afternoon. 2022’s event received great feedback from our visitors, it’s a great day out for families and enthusiasts.
