Lion and Unicorn Players Present Lilies on the Land
Spend and evening in the company of the Women's Land Army as the Lion and Unicorn Players present their performance based on the epic tale of the Land Girls in the Second World War. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets are available from www.ticketsource.co.uk/lionandunicornplayers

Experience many of the sights and sounds of a World War II village. Harking back to 1944, the museum is alive with civilian and military personnel. There will be music, military demonstrations, re-enactments and much more.
This year we are introducing an exciting new event to appeal to all the family. Activities will vary each month, but may include mini talks and tours to learn more about the museum and the stories it tells. There will be interesting demonstrations and usually you may be able to have a go!
A group of machinery and collection enthusiasts have adjusted their goggles in readiness for a return visit to the museum.
Venture in the centre today to enjoy a host of Teddy Bear related activities. There will be story telling, a teddy train throughout the museum and face painting*. Bring your teddy along and have a picnic in the grounds.. At 2pm, join us for a teddy disco in the Frensham building.

Enjoy a day of passenger power with the ever-popular Bus & Coach Rally. A whole range of vintage vehicles will be on parade, some of which will be taking visitors for a nostalgic ride through the local lanes. This promises to be a day when a passion for the past takes a front seat. The day will also feature free vintage bus rides and there will be stalls displaying memorabilia.
Find out old-fashion clothes washing with a mangle! There will be period toys to play with and of course the very popular rocket launching! The giant dolls’ house and period toys fascinate the youngest children, while others tackle the pole lathe and ‘milk the cow’.
