Special Events Team

The Role:

Special events draw on volunteers from all over the Museum to work as a team to produce special events as part of our public programme, from the smallest event to the largest, there is always set-up, take down, parking and event logistics to deal with.

All museum volunteers take part, but new volunteers who perhaps can only be available on an ad-hoc basis might like to concentrate in this area. Special events usually occur at weekends with some setup during the week before.

If you are a hands-on, organised person, who likes talking to people and welcoming them to our museum, then this one is for you!
