Christmas Craft Fair 2019, Stallholder & Exhibitor Booking Form

The Rural Life Living Museum will be hosting its annual Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday 16th November this year. If you would like to apply for a stall at this event please complete the form below and return it to us a soon as possible.

This is a very popular event at the museum and we do get oversubscribed. By submitting a form you will be entered in to a selection process and you will be contacted after the closing date for forms to notify you if you have been successful.

Please submit your application using the form below by Monday 12th August 2019.

The museum will open to the public at 10.30am and the fair will close at 3pm. The museum will open at 8am for stallholders.

PLEASE NOTE: Inside pitches are very limited and can be booked by table only. For outside pitches we are offering 2 different options for stallholders. You can book per table or by pitch. Cost per table inside or outside is £9 (you will need to bring your own gazebo). Whilst every effort will be made to allocate the pitch you request, we cannot guarantee inside pitches.

All stallholders MUST have public liability insurance to book a place at this event.

Outside will be under gazebos and marquees but you are more than welcome to provide your own.
If yes then please bring a 10m+ extension cable.

Everything MUST have a valid PAT tested sticker on it. (All items that can be plugged in using a 13 amp plug must be tested). We are able to organise PAT testing for a limited number of appliances. If you require this service then please email info@rural-life.org.uk to book an appointment prior to the event. Items will be checked for this on arrival at the museum.


Insurance

All exhibitors, stallholders and demonstrators MUST have their own Public Liability Insurance to take part in this event.

Payment & Consent

The Museum requires payment with the return of the booking form. Payment can be made in one of 2 ways.

1. Cheque made payable to the Old Kiln Museum Trust sent to Event Organiser, The Rural Life Living Museum, Reeds Road, Tilford, Farnham, Surrey. GU10 2DL along with a printed copy of this booking form.

2. BACS. Payment can be made by bank transfer and a remittance will need to be sent either by post to the address above or emailed to:

Bank details for the museum are as follows (please give payment the reference of ‘Vintage Christmas’ if paying by BACS).
