The Rural Vintage Revival 2019, Stallholder & Exhibitor Booking Form

The Rural Life Vintage Revival started as a small weekend gathering of stallholders, traders, musicians and
entertainers celebrating the fashions, styles and music of the 1940 and 50s. Now in its fifth year, we will
be celebrating the mid century era with music, stalls and entertainment. This year, there will also be a
classic VW rally taking place on both Saturday and Sunday as part of the event.

Each year we invite stallholders to showcase and sell their vintage and retro items from homewares to
records, from handmade and retro clothes to ephemera and upcycled furniture and lighting.

Please note that we only require stalls that have vintage, upcycled or retro goods on offer. Please do not
apply if your items do not fall under these categories. We do have a limited number of pitches available
for food stalls. These will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

The event will run from 10am-5pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Revival will also include an evening dance event in the evening from 8pm.

Please note that this is not purely a vintage market. The weekend is full of entertainment and activities
for visitors to enjoy and take part in should COVID-19 restrictions remain lifted. Visitors to the Revival will
be paying an entry fee.

We are constantly reviewing the status of the government's COVID-19 restrictions and should this event
require cancellation, all stallholders, demonstrators and traders will be notified as soon as possible.

Please read all the details contained in the Stallholder's Information Pack before completing this form. By
completing and submitting this form, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out in the

PLEASE NOTE:

-This year, all pitches will be outdoors. We have a small number of units available under our marquees.
These will be provided on a first come, first served basis. If you choose to book one of these spots, we
will provide two tables that measure approximately 3ft x 6ft.

-If you choose an uncovered pitch, that measure approx 3m x 3m, you will need to bring your own gazebo,
tables and chairs.

-All stallholders MUST have public liability insurance to book a place at this event. If you do not have the
appropriate insurance you will not be able to participate in this event.

-If you are intending to bring any electrical items, they MUST have been PAT tested. Items are required to
have a green and white PAT testing sticker and this will be checked on arrival at the museum on event
day.

-If you are making a booking to serve or sell food from your stall, please ensure you have your food
hygiene certificate with you to display on the day of the event.
